Role Summary
Owns end-to-end pricing strategy across markets, leads benchmark and pricing model design, and partners with Product, Data team, and Operations to maximize revenue per trip while balancing supply-demand health. Mentors junior specialists and drives cross-functional pricing initiatives. |
Core Responsibilities
• Design and own tarification strategy , pricing models (time, zone, events, elasticity)
• Lead A/B price experiments from hypothesis to statistically valid conclusions
• Build revenue forecasting models and scenario planning frameworks
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market-level pricing calibration
• Translate pricing logic into clear product requirements for Engineering
• Mentor Pricing Specialists and review their analyses before delivery
• Present pricing strategy (Mobility & LMD) and results to senior leadership, daily, weekly, monthly,..)
Required Skills
Qualifications
• 3+ years in pricing, revenue management, or quantitative analytics
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data science (Master's preferred)
• Prior experience in ride-hailing, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects end-to-end
